Commercial Development Representative (CDR)

The Commercial Development Representative (CDR) role is ideal for someone looking to learn the business and contribute immediately while engaging with customers and supporting account management. Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and recommend solutions
Learn and support commercial programs, including voucher programs and mobile truck events
Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound outreach, referrals, and CRM prospecting
Participate in discovery calls, presentations, and account onboarding
Support growth within existing accounts by executing what you learn
Assist with commercial and special orders and shipping coordination
Participate in mobile truck runs and customer events
Maintain accurate activity tracking in HubSpot and internal systems
Take on additional responsibilities as skills and confidence grow
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of B2B sales, customer service, or account support experience
Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers
A desire to learn, contribute, and grow
Organized, dependable, and open to coaching
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
POS or inventory experience (Celerant a plus, not required)
