Receptionist - Weekend Shift
Heritage Community of Kalamazoo is hiring and focuses on providing exemplary personalized care for seniors. The weekend receptionist will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication within the facility.

Responsibilities
Assists with maintaining and organizing all move-in and move-out documentation under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care
Serves as a liaison between departments, families, guests, and staff, handling confidential and non-routine information with discretion and explaining policies as needed
Answers, screens, and routes telephone calls; provides accurate information, takes detailed messages, and schedules appointments as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proficiency with word processing, telephone systems, typing, office equipment and computer software including spreadsheets, database, and presentation software
