Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis to identify opportunities for margin improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth

Serve as a strategic advisor to the Operating Partner and Managing Partner, providing actionable financial insights

Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning across all portfolio companies

Directly manage accountants and bookkeepers, fostering a high-performing finance team

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization

Drive consistency and best practices across portfolio companies’ accounting operations

Oversee and optimize accounting systems, processes, and internal controls

Develop and maintain consolidated reporting for portfolio companies, ensuring clarity and transparency for leadership and investors

Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions

Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal policies

Collaborate with business unit leaders to support operational decision-making with robust financial data

Identify strategic initiatives (pricing, cost structures, capital allocation) to enhance financial performance

Support M&A evaluations and integrations from a financial standpoint
