Responsibilities

Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts
Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations and resolve production issues
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Production teams to resolve process and product issues
Support new product introductions, including process development, tooling, and documentation
Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Support capital equipment projects, including justification, selection, and implementation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Three to five years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience supporting production operations and resolving process issues
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certification
Experience supporting automation or advanced manufacturing equipment
