iGEAR® Inside Sales Associate

NISC is a service of National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) that offers customizable promotional items. The Inside Sales Associate will work closely with production staff and sales teams to establish contact with customers, identify new opportunities, and provide superior customer support.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain managed online apparel programs for iGEAR's primary customer base
Provide superior customer support to internal and external customers in all encounters
Identify and resolve escalated customer concerns
Follow up on work orders within the production process to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback to the team
Review purchase orders and artwork
Prepare purchase orders for submission to vendors
Order product from vendors
Perform data entry functions related to iGEAR and accounts receivable
Develop and build sales materials and current product knowledge
Work with iGEAR contracted artist for order artwork and approvals
Facilitate and follow up with Member/Customers on order requests
Research products offered to our customers
Submit sample requests
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma required

Preferred

Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience, preferred
Possess a working level knowledge iGEAR's products and services
Working level knowledge of business-related software applications and services
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent telephone/email etiquette and an ability to deal effectively with Member/Customers
Excellent research and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to demonstrate initiative and accountability
Strong attention to detail
Strong ability to organize and prioritize
Strong ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external contacts
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Ability to travel as often as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the position
Basic level ability to effectively lead, influence, teach and mentor others
