Responsibilities

Post cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile batches daily
Generate AR and GL reports for management review
Prepare journal entries and adjustments to AR and GL accounts
Maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance purposes

Required

Minimum 1–2 years in Cash Applications, AR, or related accounting roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry (10-key)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to research issues, solve problems, and escalate when necessary
