Responsibilities

Perform centralized accounting and full-cycle month end close process for assigned business unit and clinic locations

Perform general ledger maintenance, financial statement analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, accrual accounting, and variance analysis

Communicate and work with operational personnel in field, as well as all levels of corporate management

Assist management to ensure proper controls and SOX compliance requirements are met

Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements

Perform assigned accounting projects

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience

In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa

Customarily has at least five or more years of experience in full cycle month end close process, account reconciliation and variance analysis

Experience with multi-location and multi-legal entity accounting

Experience in a challenging, complex financial reporting environment

Oracle or other ERP experience
