Conduct legal research and writing
Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation
Handle hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Participate in case management and motion practice
Represent defendants in significant exposure cases
Provide defense for property and personal injury claims
Work collaboratively within a team of attorneys
Develop litigation strategies for complex cases
Engage in trial preparation and execution
Mentor and assist junior attorneys in litigation matters

Required
