RiseIT Solutions is seeking two Senior Peoplesoft Developers to work on development tasks for production support activities within PeopleSoft HCM. The role involves design, coding, and testing, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance HR and Benefits functionalities.

Responsibilities
These developers will work as needed on development tasks for production support activities and projects within PeopleSoft HCM (HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, bolt-ons)
They will work on online customizations and interfaces
This includes design, coding and testing
These individuals will interact and collaborate with customers, managers and team members within the HCM team
Fluid Open Enrollment and Life Events development
Production support for primarily HR and Benefits tickets in HCM – help with reducing the backlog of HR/Benefits tickets
Assist with HCM projects or with HCM tickets in Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Strong PeopleSoft development skills (5+ years)
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM including core HR, Benefits and preferably Payroll, Time & Labor and Absence Management
Experience with App Designer, App Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Web services, SQL, Fluid development, App Packages, and Activity Guides
Excellent communication skills
Ability to collaborate with peers and partners
Ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision and a high-level of dependability
Experience with Fluid Open Enrollment
