Key official documents and land records with a minimum requirement of 6200 keystrokes per hour and 90% accuracy
Handle inquiries regarding Official Records fees and procedures
Address specific queries related to documents for recording and land records
Tender sales, collect payments, and provide change
Qualification

Must be able to key 6200 keystrokes per hour with 90% accuracy
Must successfully pass background investigation
Must pass background check
Preferred
Spanish speaking a plus
