Sales Manager – E-Commerce & Key Accounts
TOV Furniture is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their e-commerce business and manage key accounts. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to build and execute sales processes while overseeing a network of sales representatives.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow our accounts, ensuring performance and strong partnerships
Oversee a network of outside sales representatives across U.S. regions
Develop and implement sales processes, reporting systems, and CRM workflows
Lead and support internal sales staff, helping them execute best practices and drive revenue
Build and maintain relationships with key retail, e-commerce, and designer accounts
Review and improve internal systems—pricing, forecasting, order flow, reporting, etc
Track KPIs across all channels and provide leadership with timely insights
Attend shows and events as needed to support account development
Ensure alignment with operations, marketing, and product teams
Collaborate with other departments by providing customer and market feedback to support forecasting and improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of sales experience in furniture, home décor or related industry
Strong experience managing large e-commerce accounts
Proven success overseeing multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously
Prior leadership experience, managing people, reps, or teams
Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite CRM, etc.)
Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
Comfortable in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
