Responsibilities

Source and build a pipeline of candidates utilizing a variety of sources including referrals, networking, direct sourcing, LinkedIn, etc
Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates
Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates
Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis, telephone screens, reference checks, etc
Note all candidate correspondence in the ATS and tactfully communicate with all applicants not hired or determined unqualified for employment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff in a results-driven, team-oriented environment
Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
Negotiate salaries and clearly present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during offer process

Required

2+ years proven recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting, preferably in a fast-paced organization
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Experience sourcing, qualifying and interviewing candidates
Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation
Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline (job descriptions, tracking systems, correspondence, etc.)
Strong communication, writing and organizational skills
Must possess a high degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion
2+ years of experience in sales or technical recruiting

Bilingual skills are a plus
