Customer Service Representative
Transdev North America is a leader in mobility solutions, operating transportation systems across the U.S. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for customers, providers, and clients, ensuring quality customer service and timely responses to inquiries.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor
Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
Meet or exceed established performance requirements
Document trip authorizations and details, including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times, and addresses
Other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Computer literate
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to operate standard telephone system
Subject to drug testing, 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason
Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)
Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
