Manage and maintain financial records

Reconciling accounts
Preparing financial statements
Preparing budgets
Preparing forecasts
Ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Providing financial insights to support decision-making
Enhancing profitability
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Accounting and Financial Reporting, including preparing financial statements, creating budgets, and conducting audits
Expertise in using Accounting Software and ERP Systems, with knowledge of tools such as QuickBooks or similar platforms
Strong skills in Tax Compliance, Regulatory Knowledge, and Financial Regulations
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements
Excellent Communication, Time Management, and Organizational skills to ensure accurate reporting and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
Preferred
CPA or equivalent accounting certification is preferred but not required
Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, preferably with a background in financial coaching or consultancy
