Responsibilities
Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor management
Manage project teams, ensuring effective coordination between field operations, engineering, and preconstruction
Serve as the primary liaison for clients, design teams, and internal stakeholders
Review and approve project estimates, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Oversee cost control, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting
Support BIM coordination and assist in resolving design and field conflicts
Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability across all project phases
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience managing mechanical (HVAC/plumbing) projects in commercial or institutional construction
Proven track record of delivering projects in the $10M–$50M+ range
Strong technical understanding of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems
Experience managing multiple teams and mentoring project engineers or assistant PMs
Proficiency with Procore, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel
Preferred
Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
