Responsibilities

Work closely with LA Stated compliance and audit representatives to maintain all requested documentation is correct and updated as needed
Create, maintain, and update all internal departmental SOP publications
Responsible for creating training program for all new hires within the IT department
Support AS/400 and all attached hardware
Monitor all telecommunications
Responsible for all computer system's data backup processing
Run schedule reports
Complete all assigned duties via corporate ticketing system
Other duties as assigned
