Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice
Assist in strategic initiatives to develop the practice to its fullest potential
Oversee established financial process and ensure staff execute daily business functions and procedures

Qualification

Medical practice management3rd party insurance knowledgeProject management skillsTeam-building skillsLeadership skills

Required

Medical practice management experience acquired through a minimum of 3 years of previous management experience or minimum of 5 years of medical practice experience with full knowledge of all front office procedures
Excellent knowledge of 3rd party insurance plans, (PPO's, HMO's, and Fee-for-Service) and the managed care environment
High School diploma required

Preferred

Strong project management skills preferred
BA/BS preferred
