Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational priorities across programs, products, and services
Translate strategic goals into clear positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for executive leaders, HR partners, alumni, and community stakeholders
Steward the Leadership Louisville Center and LeadingBetter brands while ensuring a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints
Lead leadership conversations on brand evolution, growth opportunities, and market expansion
Personally contribute to campaign development and execution as needed, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with growth goals
Design and execute campaigns tied to enrollment cycles, revenue windows, and growth priorities
Establish success metrics and dashboards connecting marketing activity to registrations, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes
Manage marketing budgets with a P&L mindset, optimizing cost per acquisition and ROI
Lead digital strategy across owned, earned, paid, and emerging channels including search, social, web, email, and AI-driven discovery platforms
Oversee marketing automation and CRM integration to support lead nurturing, segmentation, and lifecycle communications
Ensure the organization remains findable, credible, and consistent as digital discovery behaviors evolve
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, fostering accountability, creativity, and consistent execution
Build strong cross-functional relationships with program delivery, recruitment, client experience, and revenue teams
Manage external vendors, agencies, and contractors to extend team capacity and expertise

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required
Minimum 7-10 years of marketing experience and proven track record of success
At least 3-5 years leading teams
Strategic business thinking with the ability to connect marketing to organizational growth
The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of digital marketing with a demonstrated record of success in achieving growth results
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level communication
Comfort operating in a purpose-driven organization focused on leadership and community impact
