Responsibilities
Conduct long-term performance reviews and develop property-level business plans, including hold/sell analyses and portfolio strategy recommendations
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCFs, IRRs, equity multiples, and FFO yield analyses to support decision-making
Evaluate and implement initiatives that enhance asset value, improve NOI, and strengthen community performance
Assess CapEx needs, implement risk-mitigation strategies, and partner with Capital Projects and Development teams on execution
Serve as primary asset manager for a select group of assets, ensuring operational and financial targets are met
Partner closely with Residential Services, Investments, Development, and other stakeholders to align strategies and deliver results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in Asset Management, Acquisitions, or a related discipline (Brokerage, Valuations, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
