Responsibilities
Help maintain marketing calendars, brand assets, and project timelines
Manage vendor relationships and order team collateral as directed
Support coordination of marketing projects to ensure deadlines and brand standards are met
Gather and edit photo and video clips, team member interviews, and customer testimonials for use on social media platforms
Post as Metro Motor on social media channels and actively engage with followers
Create, edit, and publish content for email newsletters and the Metro Motor website
Monitor online platforms for customer reviews, engagement, and brand mentions
Respond to reviews in a professional, on-brand manner
Work with the service manager to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints when needed
Help concept, plan, and execute events, sponsorships, and partnerships
Support both community-facing events and internal team initiatives
Assist with event logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up
Assist with tracking and preparing reports on marketing campaign performance
Conduct market research and compile insights to support marketing strategies and campaigns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics
Experience working with customer reviews and public-facing responses
Preferred
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation preferred
Google Adwords Certification is a plus
