Documentation: Processing purchase orders, shipping manifests, bills of lading, and other paperwork

Data Entry: Updating inventory systems and generating reports

Coordination: Communicating with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and management

Inventory Support: Assisting with tracking stock, cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies

Office Management: Handling supplies, appointment scheduling, and general administrative duties

Scheduling inbound/outbound appointments (communicating with production for needs)

Communicating with drivers/warehouse to move trucks on/off door
