Work directly with individuals and families to design life insurance strategies aligned with their long-term goals
Develop consultative skills that position you as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson
Build and manage a sustainable book of business with ongoing client relationships
Learn how to effectively prospect, follow up, and manage a consistent pipeline
Collaborate with mentors and leadership to continuously improve performance
Resolve client inquiries
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Qualification
Required
Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one with our support)
Coachable, growth-oriented mindset
Expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
Knowledge of Finance and Insurance products
Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
Licensing in life insurance and health insurance is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales
Preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous
