Responsibilities

Evaluate basic loan applications including small commercial real estate and term loans, secured lines of credit, and business express unsecured requests

Assist in completing credit analysis and monitoring loan disbursements and compliance with loan terms

Set up systems, products and services associated with the lending functions

Complete financial analysis and develop credit presentations for new loans, renewals, annual reviews and covenant monitoring

Interact with clients to discuss credit requests and obtain and evaluate appropriate information

Assist the Relationship Manager in determining loan structure and make credit presentations to the loan committee in their absence

Perform all duties accurately, timely and efficiently according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines
