Responsibilities

Ensure all customer orders are accurate and complete before they hit production and shipping. Prevent costly mistakes, rework, or missed deadlines

Manage all packaging needs, inventory, and vendor relationships. Maintain standards for packaging quality and cost while ensuring timely supply. Own vendor relationships

Monitor inventory levels, flag shortages, and prevent out-of-stock situations. Lead the effort to maintain optimal stock levels across SKUs and categories

Oversee day-to-day Solutions Production and Shipping teams to ensure efficient throughput, minimized errors, and fast turnarounds

Manage Instaworkers and seasonal staffing plans. Ensure we’re always adequately resourced - especially during peak periods

Collaborate across teams to identify, resolve, and prevent operational inefficiencies that impact product margin and drive up costs
