Food & Friends is a nonprofit organization that provides medically-tailored meals and nutrition support to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. They are seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to support their Development Department with administrative and database tasks, focusing on donor management and compliance.

Responsibilities

Process donor gifts using Raiser’s Edge
Import data into Raiser’s Edge and run data syncs to maintain integration with other software databases
Maintain integrity and accuracy of donor information in Raiser’s Edge and assist with database cleanup
Prepare and mail donor acknowledgement letters
Generate donor reports, database queries, and donor lists via Raiser’s Edge
Answer routine donor inquiries via e-mail and phone
Assist with monthly reconciliation process between Accounting and Development
Provide administrative support to departmental professionals responsible for grants, sponsorships, events, and individual giving
Manage compliance and registration requirements for the Development Department, including filing of state charitable registrations
Manage volunteers assigned to the Development Department

Required

BA/BS (or commensurate professional experience)
At least one year of nonprofit CRM experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Superb attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
A keen sense for customer service
Ability to multi-task
Must be willing to work in a traditional office environment
Offer of employment contingent upon a background check and pre-employment drug test

Experience with Raiser's Edge strongly preferred
