They are seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee user onboarding, manage customer training, and ensure effective use of their platform while maintaining governance standards and data protection policies.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain enterprise environments, including user provisioning, permissions, folder structures, and access controls
Serve as the primary point of contact for related support, troubleshooting user issues and resolving access, sync, and permission challenges
Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to onboard users on VA box platform, drive adoption, and ensure effective use of features
Develop and maintain governance standards for file management security, and compliance
Lead customer training sessions and created documentation, best practices, and quick-reference guides to improve user experience
Collaborate with multiple teams to enforce data protection policies and audit requirements
Manage escalations by coordinating with support and ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning capabilities with business workflows and operational goals
Collect customer feedback and usage insights to inform process improvements and enhance overall customer success outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of relevant experience
8 years of additional experience may be substituted for education
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
