Responsibilities
Lead the design of digital products from concept through to completion, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience
Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions. Utilize techniques such as usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design solutions and communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders
Develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design best practices. Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices
Define user personas, user journeys, and interaction flows. Develop and iterate on design strategies to address user pain points and improve overall user satisfaction
Work closely with UX/UI Director, marketing team, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with brand strategy, campaign objectives, and target audience needs
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms
Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design. Incorporate new techniques and tools to enhance design processes
Ensure all content is polished, error-free, and adheres to brand voice and style guidelines
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design projects
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Flow, or similar
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and SEO is a plus
Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Deep knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design
Experience with user research and usability testing
Proven ability to think creatively and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
