Director, Business Development
Global InfoTek, Inc. (GITI) is seeking a visionary and highly motivated Director of Business Development and Capture to serve as the architect for our next growth phase with CYBERCOM and broader defense markets. This role will leverage GITI's expertise in AI/ML, Cyber, Agile Development, and DevSecOps to identify, qualify, capture, and close new high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Growth: Lead the development and execution of GITI's expansion strategy, targeting deeper penetration into USCYBERCOM, its service components, and adjacent defense sectors to secure a growing market position
Build Robust Business Development Processes: Transform high-level strategies into actionable, documented plans; champion disciplined execution; and establish repeatable frameworks for capture and pursuit that deliver consistent, high win rates
Own the Opportunity Pipeline and Capture: Identify, qualify, and aggressively pursue high-potential opportunities in Cyber, AI/ML Analytics, Cloud, and DevSecOps—ensuring a robust, strategically aligned pipeline to fuel sustainable revenue growth
Shape Winning Solutions: Collaborate with technical SMEs to distill GITI's capabilities into compelling solution architectures, win themes, and value propositions that directly address customer hot buttons and mission imperatives
Cultivate Key Relationships: Forge enduring partnerships with customers, primes, and ecosystem players to anticipate emerging requirements, influence RFIs/RFPs, and establish GITI as an indispensable ally in mission-critical operations
Champion Transparent Collaboration: Model and facilitate seamless coordination across technical, operational, and executive teams; provide updates on pipeline health and risks; and proactively contribute insights to evolve capture and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience successfully delivering growth
Clearance Level: Secret Eligible
US Citizenship: Required
Demonstrated success leading and securing at least $75M in funded opportunities in Cyber, AI/ML, Cloud, DevSecOps, or Agile software development—ideally for DoW or adjacent customers
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to influence government and industry leaders
Hands-on experience in opportunity capture, from early customer engagement and requirement shaping to competitive positioning, teaming, and proposal development
Ability to guide cross-functional teams—including technical SMEs, proposal writers, and partners—in crafting tailored, compelling solutions that differentiate GITI
Self-starter with the initiative to independently advance pursuits from concept to close
