Field Service Technician II
Toshiba Business is seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide on-site technical support and maintenance for office equipment in the Coral Springs, FL area. The role involves maintaining, servicing, and repairing printers and copiers, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Provide printer and copier maintenance, service, and repairs to customers
Deliver product training efficiently and effectively
Diagnose equipment issues and carry out installations and upgrades
Make modifications, remove old units, and retrofit existing hardware
Complete field calls according to priority while practicing effective time management
Continuously enhance your technical skills for field assignments
Rebuild components at the shop
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
3 years or more of expertise in repairing, servicing, and installing office equipment, including copiers, printers, Photo ID and ID Badge systems, or fingerprint scanners
Intermediate computer skills and good electro-mechanical skills
Ability to lift 50 lbs. and comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and reaching
A valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage per Toshiba policy for positions entailing use of personal car while on company business
