Perfect Timing Personnel Services is seeking a Director of Finance to lead and mature the financial operations of a private-equity–backed healthcare organization. This hands-on role involves managing core accounting and financial processes, providing insights to executive leadership, and supporting operational performance and future growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as the organization’s primary finance leader, overseeing all financial operations in a lean environment

Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and private equity partners to support strategic decision-making

Build financial discipline, operational transparency, and controls appropriate for a small but growing healthcare company

Lead the annual budgeting process and maintain rolling forecasts

Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards

Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions

Oversee (and often execute) daily accounting functions, including general ledger management, payroll coordination, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end close

Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Partner closely with operations leadership to analyze performance at the site, service-line, or regional level

Develop and track key metrics to support operational efficiency, cost management, and revenue optimization

Strengthen financial processes, documentation, and workflows as the organization scales
