They are seeking a detail-oriented PC Technician Intern to assist with the configuration, deployment, tracking, and return of client workstations, providing hands-on experience in desktop support and IT operations.

Responsibilities

Install and configure software on new PCs

Set up PC hardware for internal users

Configure CU*Base Update Appliances

Transport IT equipment between CU*Answers office locations

Track, document, and manage equipment in motion

Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting

Securely erase data from PCs

Review documentation checklists and assist with process improvements

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation

Ability to work with both internal teams and external clients

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data appropriately

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred

1–2 years of prior office or IT-related experience preferred
