Responsibilities

Applying cash to customer accounts for insurance premiums using a wide variety of payments - cash, check, wire transfer, ACH, and credit card
Processing financial transactions that include entering checks into system, depositing checks using desktop deposit, scanning checks in to an imaging system, reconciling cash accounts, and reconciling group bill payments received
Account reconcilation experience
Resolving payment discrepancies, and working suspense accounts to ensure proper application of payments
Corresponding with internal and external customers over the phone or by e-mail

Required

1 year experience processing payments
2 Years Excel experience
1 year data entry
account reconciliation experience
New hire must have a working device (such as cell phone or tablet) for the 2-Factor Authentication process
Must Pass Drug screen
Must Pass a background check with Education check and employment verification check
