CFO
FootBridge is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team. The CFO will lead the organization’s financial strategy during a period of growth, overseeing financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, and team development.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy to support organic growth and expansion through acquisitions
Partner with executive leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Provide financial insight and strategic guidance to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
Oversee all accounting, finance, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and regulatory compliance
Manage cash flow, working capital, and internal controls to support a rapidly growing organization
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead and manage all financial aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments
Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and integration planning for acquisition targets
Oversee post-acquisition financial integration, systems alignment, and performance tracking
Partner with legal, operational, and external advisors to ensure successful transaction execution
Support capital-raising initiatives, debt financing, and banking relationships as needed
Evaluate strategic partnerships and investment opportunities aligned with organizational growth objectives
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on financial performance, cost optimization, and scalability
Collaborate with operational leaders to align financial goals with business execution
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team
Implement scalable financial systems, processes, and controls to support continued growth
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a CFO in a startup or high-growth company
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-integration
Strong background in financial planning, modeling, forecasting, and operational finance
Experience partnering closely with executive leadership and external stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience in service-based, technology-enabled, or regulated industries
Familiarity with scaling financial systems and ERP implementations
Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach
