Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles across Accounting & Finance
Develop and grow client relationships by understanding hiring goals and delivering strategic talent solutions
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
Generate new business through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market-driven strategies
Stay informed on market trends and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
Qualification
Required
3+ years of 360 recruiting experience or 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a professional services environment
Bachelor's degree required
A competitive, sales-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Process-driven and comfortable using Bullhorn, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools
