Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational activities to ensure effective coordination and timely project execution
Track project payment schedules, cash flow status, and basic financial progress; report issues or discrepancies to supervisors
Support the preparation of monthly operational and financial reports for management review
Assist in cost tracking, pricing analysis, and quotation preparation under guidance
Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement, and other teams to support issue resolution and workflow efficiency
Help ensure compliance with internal policies, contract terms, and client requirements
Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation
Support management with ad-hoc operational analysis, data collection, and presentation materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in operations, project coordination, administration, construction, semiconductor, or related industries
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with willingness to learn financial and cost concepts
Good communication and coordination skills; able to work with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, or engineering environments
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
