Responsibilities
Ability to scope, plan, and lead small to mid-sized technical projects
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Windows server system administration, including Active Directory
Windows VM system administration (ESXi or VMWare)
Create and manage virtual machines and snapshots
Maintain asset inventory, act as the focal point for user account, network permissions, and access requests
Implement STIG requirements and maintain STIG checklists
Maintain ACAS compliance on all network devices. Troubleshoot and remediate vulnerabilities and non-compliance as necessary
Experience hardening servers to DISA standards and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scans and documenting variances from the guidelines when needed
Fundamental networking knowledge, being able to troubleshoot connectivity, etc

Required
Clearance Level: Secret
Certifications (IAT Level II): One of the following: Security+ CE, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP), System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
and one of the following: MCITP (Enterprise Administrator)- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Enterprise Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCITP (Server Administrator) - Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP): Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008, MCSA - Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
5+ Years of Experience with Windows Systems
3+ Experience with Windows VM environment
Experience as a technical project lead
Experience in leading small to mid-sized technical projects
Experience coordinating tasks with other government/ contractors
Ability to scope, plan, and lead small to mid-sized technical projects
