Participate in day-one planning and configuration of the ServiceNow EA module
Design and build EA data models, workflows, and relationships within ServiceNow
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align EA tooling with business strategy
Configure dashboards, reports, and integrations supporting architecture visibility
Document configurations and support iterative platform enhancements

Qualification

ServiceNow developmentServiceNow CSA certificationServiceNow CAD certificationEnterprise architecture frameworksApplication lifecycle managementInfrastructure lifecycle management

Required

3+ years of ServiceNow development or platform configuration experience
Strong understanding of application and infrastructure lifecycle management

Preferred

Experience with EA, APM, CMDB, or related architecture-focused modules preferred
ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications highly desired
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a strong plus
EA-specific certification not required
