Responsibilities
Build, grow, and maintain strong client relationships across Colorado (with future expansion into additional markets)
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders by understanding their business goals, challenges, and culture
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with confidence and persistence
Persuade, influence, and gain buy-in from decision-makers
Proactively source, engage, and recruit high-caliber professionals across accounting, finance, HR, administrative, and professional roles
Quickly connect with candidates, communicate fluently, and build trust through positive, engaging conversations
Guide candidates through career-defining decisions with clarity and conviction
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement and follow-up
Balance multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining urgency and accuracy
Drive your own activity, outcomes, and pipeline performance
Delegate routine or detail-heavy work when appropriate, while holding others accountable for timely, accurate results
Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and strengthen FTG’s market presence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong business acumen and comfort holding insightful, sometimes challenging conversations with decision-makers
Polished written and verbal communication skills
A genuine desire to help people while driving business outcomes
High self-confidence, accountability, and ownership mentality
Comfort with technology, CRMs, recruiting platforms, and data tools
Team-oriented mindset that values collaboration while excelling individually
