Responsibilities
Conduct and compile research related to demographics, workforce, real estate, market conditions, and education trends
Maintain and manage digital databases and research tools to support ongoing projects
Respond to research requests and RFIs with accurate, timely, and well-organized information
Utilize data visualization, mapping, and GIS tools to create reports, summaries, and visual materials
Track activity metrics and prepare recurring reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual)
Monitor economic and market trends and provide insights to support decision-making
Collaborate closely with project managers and cross-functional partners to support initiatives
Assist with outreach, presentations, and research-related meetings as needed
Identify opportunities to improve data collection methods, reporting processes, and research tools
Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data analytics, planning, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in research, data analysis, economic development, planning, or a similar environment
Experience working with economic, demographic, and geographic data sources
Familiarity with databases, CRM systems, and data visualization tools (Excel, GIS platforms, and related software)
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with confidential information and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders
Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Some local travel or attendance at meetings/events may be required
