Handle form fills, replies, and inbound channels
Qualify quickly
Route to the right AE/person
Book meetings with high speed and great follow-through
Event lead follow-up
Webinar follow-up
Content-driven outreach
Pipeline hygiene for stale leads
Reactivation campaigns
Targeted account lists
Nurturing sequences
Role/vertical-specific campaigns
Trigger-based outreach (new content, new product, new event, new case study)
CRM hygiene
Tracking outcomes
Feedback loops to marketing and sales
Identify bottlenecks and fix them
Qualification
Required
Strong written communication
High speed + extreme reliability
Comfortable speaking with prospects and qualifying
Organized: you can manage volumes without dropping balls
Ownership mindset: you don't wait for perfect instructions
3+ years of experience
Preferred
Experience in B2B SaaS
Familiarity with Clay/Heyreach/HubSpot/Outreach tooling
Comfort building lists and running sequences
Event + webinar follow-up experience
