Responsibilities

QA Lead for SAP S/4HANA upgrade
Leading teams assigned to workstreams and drive milestones
Coordinating efforts that are completed by IT and business users who do the testing
Creating test plans and estimates, and task dependencies for the Workstream(s) under their responsibility
Identifying testing resources, aligning testing activities with Workstream activities, and ensuring test cases are properly developed and approved
Ensuring accuracy of testing and quality status to Workstream leadership and team
Coordinating test tasks, defect tracking, defect resolution, and testing risk documentation for the Workstream team(s)
Responsible for defect management for the Workstream(s) assigned, attending daily Defect Triage
Coordinating with SAP Test Lead as needed
Escalating to Test Manager as needed

Required

Experience as a QA Lead for SAP S/4HANA upgrade
Prior SAP experience in the Finance module (technical and functional skills)
Experience with Greenfield projects
Ability to lead teams assigned to workstreams and drive milestones
Coordination of efforts completed by IT and business users who do the testing
High attention to detail
Effective organizational skills
Relationship building skills to bring results
Ability to create test plans and estimates, and task dependencies for the Workstream(s)
Experience in identifying testing resources and aligning testing activities with Workstream activities
Ensuring test cases are properly developed and approved
Coordination of test tasks, defect tracking, defect resolution, and testing risk documentation
Responsible for defect management for the Workstream(s) assigned
Attendance at daily Defect Triage meetings
Coordination with SAP Test Lead as needed
Escalation to Test Manager as needed
