This senior, hands-on role involves leading a team of engineers, collaborating directly with clients, and continuously improving modern DevOps platforms.

Responsibilities
Own delivery and execution for your DevOps Tech Pod
Partner directly with clients on scope, priorities, and outcomes
Lead and mentor engineers technically and professionally
Design, operate, and scale cloud-native environments on AWS
Architect and run multi-tenant Kubernetes platforms (EKS)
Build automation to improve reliability, performance, and speed
Lead production migrations using blue-green and progressive delivery patterns
Implement new tools and improve existing platforms as requirements evolve
Participate in client-facing and internal scrums
Support live production systems with a focus on continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in DevOps, CloudOps, or SRE roles
3+ years of team leadership and client-facing experience
Strong Linux fundamentals
Proficiency in one or more: Golang, Python, Ruby, Bash, TypeScript, or Rust
Deep hands-on AWS experience in highly available environments
Production experience with Amazon EKS (multi-tenant, RBAC, namespaces)
GitOps experience with ArgoCD (federated preferred)
Secrets management with HashiCorp Vault and Kubernetes integrations
Experience migrating production workloads with minimal downtime
CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions
Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform + Atlantis and/or CloudFormation)
Monitoring experience (Datadog, Splunk, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana)
Experience with Docker, NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, or DynamoDB), and MySQL/Postgres
Preferred
Progressive delivery tooling (Argo Rollouts, canary, blue-green)
FinOps or cloud cost optimization experience
Large-scale platform migrations or consolidations
GCP or Azure exposure
Industry certifications (AWS, HashiCorp, Red Hat, etc.)
