Responsibilities

Assist with integrations, migrations, and mergers & acquisitions

Participate in the planning and execution of systems and infrastructure projects

Implement new services, configurations, and improvements across cloud, server, and endpoint environments

Support system upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements

Assist with identity, access, and security-related initiatives as part of approved projects

Provide escalation support for complex infrastructure and systems issues when needed

Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Security teams to deliver technical solutions

Develop scripts and automation to improve efficiency and consistency

Create and maintain clear technical documentation and handoff materials

Follow established change management, security, and operational standards
