Production Associate - Layup Technician

WillowWood Global is looking to hire a full-time Layup Technician to work in a manufacturing environment that produces prosthetic feet and components used by amputees around the world. This position is responsible for understanding and following all work instructions to provide production and quality control measures for prosthetic components.

Responsibilities

Composite Fabrication; create composite molded parts

Follow Traveler document instructions to lay up and configure composite laminates

Assemble and bond components and parts

Perform post-production processing: countersinking, bonding, and finishing by filing, sanding, grinding, cleaning, cutting, deburring, trimming and hand working materials

Maintain cycle time and pacing necessary for continuous and on-time material flow

Follow standard document procedures, including filling out Travelers and initialing paperwork. Accurate and consistent manual and automatic data entry to ensure a complete and error-free materials and manufacturing history

Required
