Payroll Administrator
Private Company is a growing organization seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for a multi-state workforce. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee payroll experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare, audit, and process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including commissions, bonuses, deductions, reimbursements, manual checks, and ACH payments
Import, review, and reconcile time and attendance data and payroll records
Maintain accurate employee payroll data, including new hires, pay changes, promotions, and terminations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws, including minimum wage requirements, garnishments, and benefits deductions
Serve as a primary point of contact for payroll-related employee questions and issue resolution
Generate payroll reports and support audits and year-end processes (W-2s, reconciliations, corrections)
Monitor and respond to tax agency notices
Maintain payroll documentation, controls, and SOPs
Support payroll system updates and evolving timekeeping processes as the organization grows
Qualification
Required
2+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now
Experience supporting hourly workforces and timekeeping compliance
Audit, reconciliation, and documentation skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
