PEO Sales Executive
LevelUp HR is seeking a PEO Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves conducting high-volume sales activities, selling company services, and educating clients about products while maintaining accurate data in a CRM.

Responsibilities
Conduct a high volume of "selling" or persuading activity aligned with your sales plan
Sell company services
Conduct effective Discovery meetings that uncover pain points aligned with services
Formally present/pitch/propose products and services as solutions to established problems
Maintain accurate data and notes in a CRM (or other similar database)
Negotiate contracts to maximize long-term and immediate value
Forecast Closed Deals (Sales, Recruiting, etc.)
Strategically allocate your time on those activities that will best accomplish the goal
Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services, providing relevant and accurate information
Qualification
Required
2 years of sales experience is required
Effective communication skills with people at all levels of an organization
Ability to build relationships and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously is required
Ability to make sound business decisions and think on their feet in a fast-paced environment
Excellent follow-through skills and time management
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Possess excellent phone sales skills with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to take 'on the spot' feedback from Managers and Peers as a learning experience
Preferred
Previous PEO or BPO sales experience is preferred
