This part-time position supports the company’s HR operations through detailed administrative work and communication with employees and supervisors.
Individual and Family Services
Responsibilities
Helps employees stay on top of their contractual requirements, such as completing trainings and submitting vehicle documentation
Completes employee setup in HR System, reporting to State of NE, status changes, and other HR System setup/changes as needed
Regularly checks the HR system and personnel files to make sure everything is accurate and up to date
Assists in the preparation and tracking of documentation for employee evaluations
Assist with creating monthly reports and preparing for audits when needed
Updates and maintains personnel files in a timely manner
Responds to employee and supervisor questions quickly and professionally
Take on additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Exceptional computer skills to effectively navigate various applications
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and competing demands
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Extraordinary attendance and reliability
2 - 3 years of human resources work experience showing customer service and computer related skills
High School Diploma required
