Management and supervisory experience with maintenance skilled trades
Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
Strong technical knowledge in environmental services, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC trades
Valid driver's license and clear background
Well organized with a strategic mindset
Technical expertise in skilled trades
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to assist employees and managers in identifying improvements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
