3-10 years of experience in commercial real estate matters
Experience handling acquisitions and dispositions of properties from contract negotiation through due diligence review and closing
Experience in general real estate development
Experience representing lenders in real estate secured transactions
Experience managing complex engagements in a team environment
Licensed in Florida
Solid academic credentials
Strong research skills
Strong writing skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
