Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, PI planning, and retrospectives
Support Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe delivery models
Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
Work with global teams while operating on EST hours
Qualification
Required
Serve as Scrum Master for multiple teams
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, PI planning, and retrospectives
Support Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe delivery models
Manage cross-team dependencies and risks
Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritization
Work with global teams while operating on EST hours
10+ years as a Scrum Master in IT / SDLC environments
Strong experience supporting multiple Agile teams
SAFe experience or certification
Proven ability to remove blockers and manage dependencies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Tools include Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
